Pavel Kubina a NHL Allstar and Stanley Cup winner grew up with two passions: Hockey & Cars. Since announcing his retirement from a long successful career in Hockey, he is now on the path to fulfill his other passion: CARS. Pavel grew up in small town Celanda, near the City of Ostrava in the Czech Republic; where he and his father had a common devotion for cars, which has led Pavel to opening up Private Allstar Cars.
In 1996, Phil Esposito with the Tampa Bay Lightings drafted Pavel, which is every aspiring Hockey players dream. Being drafted in the NHL was proof that all of his hard work and dedication since the age of 7 had paid off. As a professional hockey player Pavel has achieved many awards and accomplishment, playing the majority of his career with The Tampa Bay Lightings as a defenseman. Among his awards and accomplishments, he was an Allstar and won the Stanley Cup in 2004. He officially announced his retirement from Hockey in December 2013.
Pavel’s love for his home county the Czech Republic led to him giving back in many ways. In 1999 he joined the Czech National Team. During those years with this team, they won 3 World Championships and a Bronze medal in the 2006 Winter Olympics in Torino, Italy. Pavel has also started the Kubina Foundation in the Czech Republic, raising money for hospitals, schools, and kids in need. His charitable donation over the years have also included supplying full uniforms & gear for children, in conjunction with the NHL Players Association.
Pavel Kubina is a passionate and high achieving individual that puts everything he has into whatever he peruses in life.
